Gary S. Melnick, CLU, ChFC is a Senior Partner of Capital Financial Partners, LLC, a   financial services and employee benefits practice in Hunt Valley, Maryland.  As a Chartered Financial Consultant, Gary has been a respected member of the insurance and financial services community for 30 years. He specializes in personalized retirement and estate planning, in addition to employee benefit planning for small/medium business and professional markets. As a financial professional and benefits broker, Gary has a strong commitment to his clients. He has built his practice through client-based referrals. A graduate of the University of Maryland, he has completed post-graduate studies at the American College achieving certifications as a Chartered Financial Consultant and a Chartered Life Underwriter.

Gary is a 26 Year member of The Million Dollar Round Table, achieving Court of the Table and Top of the Table qualifications and is a Silver Knight of the MDRT Foundation. He has been involved in many industry organizations and serves on    numerous community boards. He is an active member and former president of the Penn Mutual  Producer’s Advisory Council. A recognized leader in the insurance and financial industry, Gary has served as president of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA) at both local and state levels.

His business goal is to help clients “make work optional” and he motivates them with his own personal confidence and low-key approach. He has been married for 32 years to wife Randy, has two grown children, Kimberly and Matt, and one granddaughter, Hadley.
